What happens during the discovery call?
During our initial consultation, we'll learn about your business and current bookkeeping setup. We'll discuss your challenges, answer your questions, and outline how we can assist you. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule a free assessment where we’ll evaluate the current state of your financials. Only after this assessment will we provide clear pricing and the next steps.
What's the process to get started?
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll begin with a free assessment to evaluate your books and understand your financial landscape. This allows us to tailor our services specifically to your needs. Following the assessment, we’ll schedule an onboarding call to gather account access and key information. We then address any issues, clean up your books, and properly set up your systems.
What does the ongoing service look like?
All of our work is remote, and we're flexible to meet your needs. We can provide reports and hold meetings whenever you need us. Our goal is to make bookkeeping stress-free so you can focus on your business.
How do you handle tax time?
We keep your books tax-ready throughout the year. While we don't offer tax return services, we'll work closely with your CPA to provide clean financial statements and any supporting documents they need. We're here to make tax season as smooth as possible.
How often do I need to meet with you?
That's up to you! All of our work is remote, and we can communicate via phone calls, virtual meetings, or email. Scheduling and location are never an issue. Reports and meetings can be arranged weekly, monthly, quarterly, or just when you need us.
